Lisa Leon has been a dedicated Legal Assistant at Segarra & Associates, P.A. since 2018. Born in Hialeah, Florida, and raised in the suburbs of Kendall, she is the eldest of three siblings, born to a Cuban American mother and a Venezuelan father.
From a young age, Lisa was instilled with the values of hard work by her parents and grandparents. Throughout her early education, she developed a strong passion for helping others, often volunteering with youth programs.
Lisa graduated from John A. Ferguson Senior High School and went on to attend Miami-Dade College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. She then transferred to Florida International University, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a certificate in National Security Studies.
At Segarra & Associates, P.A., Lisa serves as the “right hand” to the managing partner and associates. She plays a crucial role in firm operations, including human resources, scheduling, and assisting with client cases. Her dedication ensures that every case runs smoothly from start to finish, providing essential support to both attorneys and clients.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, running, and indulging in her passions for American football and soccer.
